For Takeoff: Set flaps to Notch 1 and Throttle to 100%, rotate at 118-124mph (190-200kph) IAS. For Landings: Set flaps to Notch 2 and Throttle to 30%, maintain a glide angle of about 10-15 degrees and flare up before touchdown, landing speed is 106-112mph (170-180kph) IAS.
